ENDEP 3 is a low phosphorus electroless nickel which produces a semi-bright to bright finish.
ENDEP 3 is a three part system with a simple two part maintenance.
ENDEP 3 produces a 2 – 4% P coating.

To ensure proper operation of the ENDEP 3 system, the solution chemistry must be maintained. This is accomplished by measuring and monitoring the nickel metal concentration via a standard EDTA titration.
The ENDEP SYSTEM is designed to be replenished in a 1:1 of the 3A and 3C.
Upon determination of the nickel metal concentration, additions of both ENDEP 3A and ENDEP 3C or ENDEP 3D are made based on the following calculation and/or replenishment guide.
**IMPORTANT: Do not allow concentration to fall below 5.4 g/l (90% of solution concentration)**
To increase the nickel content by 1 g/l, add 10ml of ENDEP 3A per litre to plating solution. The ENDEP 3C is designed to replenish the reducer in the bath. And is used at a 1:1 ratio with ENDEP 6A.
